Does the cable respooler tally the line length?
Yes, via the optional length counter. It tallies the transferred length as it runs, so you bring exactly set metre figures onto the take-up spool.
How does feeding spool against spool work?
The supply spool gives off the line, the take-up spool draws it on under motor power. In between, spring-loaded tension rollers hold the line pull even.
Up to what drum diameter and weight does the device reach?
Spools up to 500 mm outer diameter and 20 kg the drive handles. Larger drums come as a special build as required.
Can the rotation direction be reversed?
Yes. The drum winding sense is reversible, so the line runs off in the right direction in the following processing machine.
Can I spread cable onto several smaller drums?
Yes. You feed from one large supply spool onto several smaller drums and lay the wanted metre figure on each drum.
Does the device treat sensitive lines gently?
Yes. The stepless feed pace and spring-loaded tension rollers hold the pull even, so cable and wire run easy on the material.
What power supply does the device need?
The device is plug-ready for 230 V. A strong motor and control electronics are fitted and connect to an ordinary socket.
Is a full feed line with supply and take-up sides offered?
Yes, as required. Supply and take-up sides turn in step and hold the line under steady pulling force between the stations.
